Senior Sales Representative:
Knowledge and Skills:
- A highly motivated individual with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, working well under pressure and possess a determination to exceed sales goals
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both existing and new customers.
- Strong ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and committed to excellent customer service.
- Proven track record in gaining new business.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Previous experience in a sales position or in the retail/hospitality environment, an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong capability using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field an advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities to include:
- Generating sales leads.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Selling cutting edge retail and hospitality software and hardware epos solutions
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Assist to determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Develop a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competitors
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Maintaining client records.
- Managing your own diary to achieve key objectives
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Co-ordinating with our marketing department with all sales efforts for our marketing programs.
Junior Sales Representative:
The suitable candidate for the position should possess some or all the following:
