Training

Every installation of onetap includes extensive personal staff training, so you and your wait staff will know exactly how to gain the most out of your comprehensive system.

Upon completion, all of your wait staff will receive their own individualised training certificates. Onetap will also provide a training manual that will allow anyone to look up anything they are unsure about. If you still need help with any issues, our team is ready to support you.

We provide additional training sessions that allow you to give your staff refresher courses and upskill key people in your restaurant and or bar. Furthermore, we offer management courses that train you on how to use the system to your greatest advantage.
