JBM|MERIT intelligent epos solutions is an expanding epos provider company with offices in GALWAY, DUBLIN and LONDON. Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit a new junior and senior sales representative to join our existing sales team.

Senior Sales Representative:

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. A highly motivated individual with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  2. Strong work ethic, working well under pressure and possess a determination to exceed sales goals
  3. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both existing and new customers.
  4. Strong ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  5. Excellent presentation skills.
  6. Passionate, enthusiastic and committed to excellent customer service.
  7. Proven track record in gaining new business.
  8. Full clean driving licence.
  9. Previous experience in a sales position or in the retail/hospitality environment, an advantage but not essential.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  11. Strong capability using computers for a variety of tasks.
  12. Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  13. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities to include:

  1. Generating sales leads.
  2. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  3. Selling cutting edge retail and hospitality software and hardware epos solutions
  4. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  5. Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Assist to determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations.
  7. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  8. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  9. Develop a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competitors
  10. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
  11. Maintaining client records.
  12. Managing your own diary to achieve key objectives
  13. Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  14. Co-ordinating with our marketing department with all sales efforts for our marketing programs.

Junior Sales Representative:

The suitable candidate for the position should possess some or all the following:

Knowledge and Skills:

  2. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both existing & new customers.
  3. Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  4. A commitment to excellent customer service.
  5. Full clean driving licence
  6. Previous experience in sales or in the retail/hospitality environment would be an advantage.
  7. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  9. Good knowledge in Microsoft – Word, Excel and Outlook
